Viman Nagar is known for its lush Greenery. To maintain and scale that up, Mrs. Mukta Arjun recurringly hosts and supports afforestation and plantation drives to strengthen the ecological balance of our residential areas. She also actively participates and promotes the Swachh Bharat Initiatives and contributes to numerous plogathons and clean-up drives by also including people of all ages.

-Setting up COMPOSTING Programs in Societies

-Stopped more than 90% of the CHRONIC WASTE POINTS

-Assisting schemes like OWC Machines + Vermi Compost Plants for Tax Benefits​

-Setting up BUTTERFLY HABITATS across Viman Nagar

-Organizing regular CYCLING DRIVES & MARATHONS

-Conducting PLANTATION DRIVES & WASTE CLEANUPS

-Conducting Visual Pollution CLEANUP of TREES  

-Saving up to 10 LAKH liters through Water conservation

-Establishing Solar-powered panels in societies & corporates

-Providing Waste management education to residents

-Setting PUNE'S FIRST slum-based VERMI-Compost Plant.
